He’s from the New Orleans area. He may post here. He seems anxious.

Reading through the comments, this call took place in 1997. Russell Elwood was the guy but reddit is saying the MOs aren’t matching with the info in this call and the MO Russell confessed to using.

That's got to be fake. A real killer would spit out more details, particulars about each murder. It didn't even have any real imagination.

Yea I heard it live back in ‘97.... was creepy and his answers were believable except he didn’t have a Louisiana accent nor did any murder scenes match up with what he was saying in south Louisiana or Mississippi

Howard said the FBI contacted him after they were off the air but couldn’t trace the call or find any murders that matched the caller’s description

Howard did a really good job of reading the FBI script if it is real.

But baw sounded like no one I ever met from Cajun? or Creole? (Always get those mixed up)

Well at the same time, a typical human doesnt kill 15 prostitutes.

Edit: I thought you said “wouldn’t do that.”
Ill find the door. See you all later.

From what I read he was from Ohio and moved to New Orleans as an adult to get away from legal trouble. That is why he doesn't have a Nawlins accent.
