Everything about this is absolutely disgusting.
That being said, she's most likely a woman and everyone who obsesses about her being a man is kind of weird.

So people actually believe this? I was talking to some people.. This was sometime over the summer and this dude starts telling us that his wife recently retires and all she does is stay home and research all kind of stuff and that she learned that Michelle Obama was really a man. He said that Obama was gay, well he said Michelle used to be a man and that they adopted the two girls.
People were fricking with him and someone mentioned that the older daughter looks like him and younger like the mom. He goes on saying that they found people who looked like them to adopt from.
