Here’s why I haven’t had a cavity in over 30 years

When I brush my teeth I wet the toothbrush first, apply a normal amount of toothpaste, brush vigorously and spit ONCE. I never rinse. I leave what toothpaste is left in my mouth on my teeth.
People rinse like they’re trying to get dog shite or plutonium out of their mouth. Don’t do that!

You know that the ingredients in most tooth paste is toxic and you're not supposed to swallow it right?

I’m 40. I’ve never had a cavity.

You’re also not really supposed to rinse it out with water after. It washes away the fluoride. Just spit.
(I still rinse, but the directions on the toothpaste tube don’t advise you to rinse).

I had a ton of cavities as a kid thanks Sweet Tarts...

Diet and mouth breathing explain most cavities. Human living in traditional societies don’t get them, they do wear their teeth down in a way we don’t though. But that’s diet.
