There was a quality BBQ joint in Texas a while back called Bone Daddy's. It had decent BBQ served by great looking women in revealing outfits. They changed the uniforms and promptly started closing stores when people quit coming.

The world is full of family friendly restaurants with much better food. Victoria Secret switched their model to be more inclusive, sales plummeted and the brand was basically ruined. This will end in the same way for Hooters.

It already is.
The last time I went there it was on a Sunday and there was a huge table.. Maybe 10ish people. It was some kid's birthday. There was an old lady, I assume a grandparent. It was just like being at any other place. The girls wear skin color stockings and they are just regular girls that you see at any other restaurant.

The CEO quoted in the article runs the far more successful Original Hooters, who is buying the bankrupt Hooters of America.
He basically wants the Hooters of America restaurants to go back to the original uniform shorts from the 80s. Story is a nothingburger, so I doubt he's going anywhere.
