For starters, quit hiring pregnant girls with tattoos. The talent pool turned to a sewerage treatment pond about 15 years ago.

Hooters outfits are very tame for today's standards. Just stop hiring ugly nasty fat ones. I also think it's cringe how they sit with customers chasing that tip. I think that makes them get a bad "stripper" feel.
I went to hooters as a kid growing up cause my parents liked wings, and it was the only place that had them back then.
I remember as a teen, we had a 5yo cousins bday party there. The pic of him holding a hooters balloon, big smile, and with 2 girls leaning in is hilarious.

That's never going to work. The draw was the skimpy outfits and cute girls with personality . Most the food was below average. The girls they get now don't have near the looks and talent they used to. I guess they all went to Twin Peaks

The wings were pretty good, IMO.
The problem was that they were really good in most of the stores, and not so good in some of the stores.

They have two issues: the food is poor quality, and most locations have low quality waitstaff.

Its obvious Hooters has a hiring problem. They can't get young, decently attractive women to work there anymore. Maybe the CEO should up the pay to pull in a handful of hotties to work each location and supplement the rest of the positions with those realistic looking sex bots. Just spit balling here but that's my solution
