My brother lived in a Veteran's shelter (by choice) for a while and those guys have crews that can do just about any trade needed.

Contact a homeless veteran's shelter and pay those guys to do it.

Quad Vets in Hammond is the place I'm talking about.

Good luck finding a Mexican at Home Depot. Most of ours formed their own companies and are doing work for themselves. I'm not saying they formed a legal company, just they all pooled together and got their own damn van and tools.

And the ones who didn't do that are now on govt assistance and never going back to 'work'.
