How much do you tip movers?

% tipping sounds insane since moving cost is already close to 1k. Does a 20 per dude cover it or should it be more?

$40/guy + feed them lunch and offer water. I still think that was on the cheaper side on my part, but my bill was $1300 for roughly 9 hours.

When I moved it was about 2k so I divided up $400 between the 3 of them.
They did a great job and even hauled off some stuff I didn’t want tho.

I had a PDR guy remove hail damage from my car and when I went to pay, $2050, it had the 15, 20, 25% fields…I tipped nothing. $500 tip, frick off.
