Say in a typical rural area on a major highway? How about on the interstate in a medium sized city?

$500-1300 for the space. Then you have to pay for the screen.

Interstate about $2000-$5000 a month
Small posters: about a dozen for $1500-$3000 a month.
I've worked for Lamar and CBS selling these spaces in NOLA and Mobile. That was the going rate.
Houston was even worse

My daughter is doing a raffle right now for BETA. The winner gets a 30-day free ad on an electronic board. They say the value is $5000.

How about to get a slide on an electronic billboard? And how many ads are rotated through? Seems it's usually 3 or 4?

That just seems awfully expensive to me. Are there any stats on how effective they are?

Those signs are good to use as tarps

How much does it cost to buy the actual billboard? Sounds like a good income producer.

Sounds like Lamar has it made until self driving cars come and give passengers less reason to look outside.

$4,000-4,500 per month. My friend runs 8 slides per minute. He makes $32,000 a month per side. He owns the land his is on and it cost him approximately $250K for one side of the electronic board not including any ground work. He had an old billboard in the same place generating pennies in comparison. Billboard pays for itself in 9-12 months. Pulls in $64K total gross per month. Not bad. Of course, in this case, it takes money to make money but he already had that, too.
