I saw the recent post about alarm clocks and was shocked at how many people are just "up and at em" at 3 or 4 am. Jesus. Are you all going to bed early or just getting by on a few hours every night of the week?

I'm usually in bed between 9 and 10 and sleep hard until 5-6a unless the kiddos get up in the middle of the night and want to party

9:30 or 10pm to 5:30am usually. More on the weekends.

Three to five hours a night. Lately, it's been mostly three.

I average about 4 1/2. Go to bed around 10pm. Wake up periodically thru the night before saying to hell with it and getting up 3:30-4:00. It sucks, really

In all fairness, I doubt they are doing it on purpose. I find it unbelievably frustrating that the older I get the harder it is to get quality sleep.

11-5 (because I wake up and can’t fall back asleep) or 6ish and wake up once or twice during the night.

I think a lot of people would love to be able to sleep more for a lot it’s not for lack of trying.

I can’t seem to sleep more than 5.5 hours. This started some time after working from home. I don’t ever feel non rested. I thought something was wrong with me. I just roll with it now
