Had a 34 black guy working for us that he thinks that he will become the next Tupac. We let him go because he was missing work. He really wasn't that bad of a worker but he really thinks he will become famous. I'm an older white guy so I asked some of the younger guys and they said it was bad. He actually told me he missed one day to work on his " craft". If you haven't made it by 34 in rap... isn't it to late?

The good news for your former employee is that anyone can do it. That's also the bad news.

We had a white guy in his early to mid 20s that quit because work was interfering with his DJ gigs at a shitty local bar.

I first read this as "how old is to old to become a raper?"

I need to stay away from trillhog threads.

Man, why you dragging down this dude? Let him live his dream. He could be DJ Geritol or Lil Sloindown or whatever. When he's sitting in his mansion counting money, getting his new car delivered, you will still be slaving away for the MAN.
