Kohberger's attorney rose and said "your honor, we are standing silent" and the judge then entered not guilty pleas for him.

Thanks for the update. Don’t see how they don’t pursue the DP here

No need, he’s probably already getting plenty of that in the prison showers.

Haven’t seen anything about this posted yet. Looks like a grand jury is convened in PA as well. They could only indict for crime committed in PA. Wonder what they are looking to charge him with there (destroying evidence comes to mind). Or if the parents are the target.

Whoa. Appears related to an unsolved murder in PA. Article says Kohberger has an alibi, but then why are they being called to testify? Weird

Your link was fine, it just needed some (formatting) characters removed at the end.

Here you go:

Semi-related, I saw that one of the legal analysts on News Nation (I think) found that there are google searches for "brian kohberger suspect" going back all the way to 2018.

Sounds like he might have been googling himself from time to time...what else was he doing?

found the video i saw on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14VKsb5O6-E

A mention on another site said (without a link) that police had found some womens' drivers licenses at his home in PA.

lmao doesn’t seem as though this genius is getting a very good ROI on his Criminology degrees at this point.

he’d likely have been much better served enrolling at a Tier 4 Law School imo

Great link thanks for sharing. Sounds like the parents may have some dirt on another murder.

Makes no sense for them to not want to cooperate for GJ testimony.

Anyone remember what his possible tie to PA is? I forgot what it was. It was either OH or PA where his dad and Brian started driving from correct?

Come to think about it, fleeing from a murder is a good reason to go to a University on the other side of the country.

Hi guys nice to meet you! i think there are some serious problems - this has been nagging at me (From PCA) : "PULLMAN officer who applied for the warrant for Kohberger's apartment took it upon herself to ask the judge not to consider the sheath DNA, in the case the DNA was thrown out for some unknown reason. So I emailed it to a YT that is trained in this arena. Here is her response - LINK I think they have some very serious issues proceeding.

Who dis?

Bryan or Julez of all trades…

Search warrant of apartment versus an arrest and extradition from another state (arrest and original warrants processed across 3 states), and the cop asked judge not to use the entire scenario of matching dna at murder scene to a test of dna pulled out of their trash in Pennsylvania that should exclude 99.9998% of male population as being the father of suspect but didn’t exclude dna from trash as being father of suspect. The cop didn’t just ask to not use the dna on sheath. At the time of request they didn’t have Bryan’s dna.

Pullman cop knew other evidence was likely sufficient for warrant to search apartment along with needing to time search of apartment and office with arrest, and since Bryan’s dna would not be taken until his actual arrest and tested after the arrest the cop was making sure the dna of the father collected from the trash in Pennsylvania with its own laws and rules of evidence would be disclosed to judge but not used in judge’s decision.

If Washington or Pennsylvania finds a problem with test used on dna found in trash, how dna obtained, or that it was from father of suspect not from Bryan at that point any evidence found in search of apartment should be safe.

if he gets off and I was a parent of victims, I would go kill him myself

no way he gets off with the evidence, now it could possibly eliminate the death penalty but he will serve life in prison with no parole
