If enough people are fed up, can something really happen?

With Oliver Anthony’s song coming out and being at the top of the charts, it’s obvious that most Americans are fed up with the current climate of our nation. If enough people are fed up, and there are loud enough anti-establishment voices leading the charge (i.e Oliver Anthony, Joe Rogan, PBD, Andrew Tate, Tucker Carlson, etc…) can anything actually happen?
I may just have a very biased social media but it seems like there are a lot of lefties starting to fall into the middle and seeing through the lies and deceit.
What are some practical things that we could do to change things in favor of the people? Will it take a giant social media movement, an in personal revolution, etc…?

stop electing 70 and 80 year olds to congress that do the opposite of what their constituents want.
