When I stay up for a few days I see the same three ppl in my backyard.
Idk who they are but they always gets closer and closer to the house but never come inside.
I'm guessing if they ever make it inside our home, it's all over.
That is when I know it's time.

While the cat advice is good, you have to be careful of the witch variation of skinwalkers. A reputable guy on Coast to Coast once recounted a story of how a local witch skinwalker (in the form of a coyote) was able to put all of his barn cats into a trance and make them walk in a conga line.
