Kinda looks like he destroyed his left hip as well. I watched in slomo on x. The way his weight shifts on initial impact as he starts toppling over makes it look like his left leg/left hip gets severely torqued. When he starts to sit up, he first grabs his crotch, then has to grab onto his left leg to move it with his body, as it doesn't seem to want to rotate with his body on its own. Could be just stunned, but the way his leg looks at the end doesn't look quite right.
