Oh I'm pretty sure she's about to be out of that office. She executed the "what public officials shouldn't do" maneuver perfectly, and she's likely doomed as the ADA of wherever the frick this is.

Even in our corruption laden hellhole, a prosecutor has to recuse herself in this situation. Here, unless she just paid it (as our former DA did), she would have to send it to the state AG for prosecution.

Hope that cuck cop got fired for not doing his job. Would’ve been funny if the DA continued speeding and killed someone. That cop would’ve been in jail

Looks like he did his job. IDK if it said it was a highspeed chase to her house but since he didn't shoot her in her carport he didn't do his job? He ticketed the DA. Not doing his job would have been to say, oh sorry Mrs DA, didn't realize it was you. Carry on.
