I'm going to traffic court

I was involved in a side swipe (very minor) but I have to go to court over it. I've never been to traffic court. I'm going to dress nice. I'll be sure to say yes/no sir or yes/no mam to the judge. I guess I'm going to get a big fine? I'm not going say anything unless asked to. So what should I expect?

Tell them you were too drunk to understand your Miranda rights at the scene. The judge has to dismiss all the charges then.

Where are you going to traffic court?
In Louisiana you can usually talk to someone before court and plead down to a lesser violation.
Pay court costs and it won't go against you.

Tell them you are a sovereign citizen and you were just travelling. That should clear it up.

better to say "yes/no your honor", don't use sir or mam.
