Is fried chicken a low carb meal if you eat it only with green veggies?

Somewhat. Depends how low carb you're trying to stay. One breast probably has around 15g of carbs.

This is Popeye's chicken. So let's say you ate a 3 pc mixed with a breast, a wing, and a thigh. You're looking at about 31g of carbs. That's a lot for a meal. Most low carb diets only allow for a total of about 30g a day.

Would have to know the serving size and ingredients, but sounds like a terrible source for your daily carbs if you ask me. Take the skins off maybe?

It absolutely works. Not only does it help to lose weight, it can bring your body back into equilibrium and improve your joints, lungs and resistance to infections.

Depends on how you fry it.

That said, who gives a shite? You aren't going to eat fried chicken every day. Eat it with some okra, greens, and peas and be a happy hick.

Low carb is for lazy soy boys who don't get even moderate exercise.
