Is it weird that my ex still sends my parents Christmas cards?

because she probably orders a certain number of those cards and needs addresses to send them all to

My ex still talks to one of my sisters and BIL occasionally. She used to call and talk to my paw paw when he was alive too.

It pissed my wife off. She's married with a kid too.

Calling it now: She banged your dad.

I'm pretty sure your dad was fricking your ex.

Is it a generic card, or is it personalized with "look at my rich husband, my overachieving kids, my house in the gated community?" If the former, she's just being friendly. If the latter, it's a subtle shot at you.

Sometimes the ex becomes friends with the family of the person they were dating. It seems to be more common with girlfriends than the boyfriends. But I know a few people whose ex still keeps in touch with his family (but I think they are closer to the siblings and maybe a close cousin).

One guy I know dated this girl for a few months, it never got that serious, but during that time she became good friends with his sister... He and the girl stopped dating and his sister ended up being in her wedding a few years later.

She probably isn’t over you and it’s a play to make you jealous about how “awesome” her life is without you.

Maybe she's just a nice person who really likes your parents?

I don’t think it’s weird. I’m still friends with one of my ex’s parents. They’re great people and have always treated me really well.

I don’t think it’s weird. She prob as a list and they are on it. As long as she’s not reaching out and attempting to make real contact and actually visit or talk.

It’s more normal to not, but I’ve always found it generally weird to be close to some people for a period of time then have zero contact like they’ve never existed.
