Guys like him.. They get caught and the second they are back on the streets they are back at it.
And running scams seems like more work than working towards something the legal way.
Find a legit product and sell it. Put the same energy into it as you would anything else and you don't have to always worry about getting caught (although I am sure the risk is part of it for them. Its a rush, something they become addicted to).
