Just saw a post on twitter that she is in her 7th year of law school. When you google it there are articles mentioning she is in a "law school" but do not mention which one. Her wikipedia page says the following:

quote:

In April 2019, Vogue reported that Kardashian was studying to pass the bar exam; instead of attending law school, she is "reading law".[269] In 2021, Kardashian said she had failed her first-year law exam (the baby bar) for a second time, performing "slightly worse" than her first attempt earlier in the year.[270][271] In December 2021, she passed the "baby bar" law exam on her fourth attempt.[272]

So is this idiot in law school or not?

I don't think so...as I read it, you don't have to attend law school to sit for the bar exam in California, Virginia and Washington, but you are supposed to go through a structured apprentice program in those states (if you don't go to Law School).

So sounds like it's an apprenticeship that she and the media are incorrectly referring to as "law school" where you study self paced and take two bar exams.

Not all law students have to take the baby bar. Law students completing their first year of law study in a juris doctor degree program at a State Bar-unaccredited registered law school, or through the Law Office Study Program, and those without two years of college work attending a California-accredited or an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school must take the First-Year Law Students' Exam after completing thei

TIL you don't have to have an undergrad degree to go to law school in California.

I have heard of people taking 7 years to graduate from college in fact I have friends who have done so. If you haven’t graduated from law school in seven years I would think that they would kick you out.

There aren’t many law school students who could have the entire Declaration of Independence tattooed on one arse cheek and the US Constitution on the other, but Kim can.

California and Washington State, do not require someone to attend law school. She will take the bar exam in one of those states.

Took me 8 years to get my BA and that pretty much going the whole time too. I still graduated with a 3.5 GPA and am super well rounded

While law office clerkships can be very useful for law students I can't imagine taking the time out of my day to teach someone even a tenth of what they need to know to pass the bar and subsequently practice. To read someone would have to be a serious autodidact. However, this is coming from a 1990's mentality, there are certainly more study aids available now and you can probably get a mid-tier legal education on Youtube now.
