Is 'We've got' grammatically correct?

Seems redundant without the contraction, but it's definitely part of everyday conversation.

If it's got meaning 'to have,' then it's redundant. "We have got ice cream."
If it's got meaning 'to reach a state,'
then it's incorrect. "We have got laid by your mom."
It should be "We have gotten laid by your mom."
If it's got meaning 'to reach a state,'

have is present tense, got is past tense. That seems to be problematic to begin with. I'm going with it being improper.

No, it is not grammatically correct. It might be "acceptable" slang....but slang is not proper grammar, that's why it's slang.
