Just bought a Quickick. This is the best sports drink.

I actually didn't know they sold it in ready-to-drink form. Used to drink it years ago, but it was only sold to health clubs, etc. in powdered form at that time. I'll have to look for it!

We drank that in HS. We had one small cup halfway through practice and were damn glad to get it. None of this hydration foolishness. You got a cramp, you walked it off.
The trainers put crushed ice in it, and if you got to it before it melted, it was like a red slushy.
