Looking at buying a home in Youngsville (have an offer pending). Any suggestions on who to use for a thorough inspection. TIA

DELHOMME HOME INSPECTION
This guy is the best in the area hands down. Say what you want about his personality etc..., you're paying him for home inspection, he's the best. If there's an ant in a crawl space in the attic he'll find it.
Personal experience many times over.

I build apartment complexes and we have a bank inspector that is based out of Lafayette. Now, I built custom homes for 10 years before switching to large projects and have dealt with tons of home inspectors. Never have I come across a more involved, knowledgeable, and honest guy than Lawrence Pellerin. He also does homes in that area. Even though I build for a living, I've said this guy will be my inspector when I need one. FWIW.
