The way he describes being worried "about the poor man who fell out of the balcony" is wild.

Mr. Samuel J. Seymour, the last living eyewitness to the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln at Ford's Theater in Washington, D.C. was the mystery guest on the February 8, 1956 episode of the I've Got a Secret game show. Mr. Seymour (March 28, 1860 – April 12, 1956) was actually 95 years of age at the time of this appearance instead of 96.

Probably the secret was that Abe Lincoln was with his boyfriend not his wife. It was a play after all
Sad that this closeted tyrant made all those people die just to make gay marriage legal

I think "witness" is used loosely here. If he was in the theater he was barely 5 years old. I'm sure his recollection, if any, is a little spotty.

Love all the Winston ads/props and steady smoke from all the participants.

I noticed that too
It's more obnoxious than American Idol and Coke

yeah, maybe.
when I was 4 years old, I was in a mall with my dad and grandmother in Memphis. While I have no clue why we were in Memphis, I distinctly remember a dude falling down and hitting his head on their ice skating rink (inside the mall) and paramedics rushing in to revive him. the dude was knocked out cold.
when you witness your first trauma of any kind, I'd imagine that's something that will easily stay with you.

When everyone wears a suit and can speak proper English in a sophisticated manner, smoking seems way less trashy that’s for sure
