Little league coaches.. Wear baseball Pants?

Jeans look Trashy on the field. Shorts are not Professional enough. I'm wondering what the consensus is on coaches of little league wearing baseball Pants.

During regular season our coaches always wore shorts and during all stars they went full uniform

Its not some type of MLB farm league, as many want to believe, its Little League, it doesn't matter, no one should care about this, unless they are gay and have some kind of coach fetish.
