If it is true Little League Baseball, I believe there is a rule that adults can not wear a full baseball uniform (baseball pants). You can wear a jersey, hat, etc.
We used to wear shorts depending on the weather. For all stars the coaches would match up with our league shirts and shorts.

This is the worst. Put on some khaki shorts (no pleats) or some light colored golf pants with a performance polo or your team jersey. You're not playing, and it's not the bigs, so why in the world would you wear baseball pants?
Coaches who wear baseball pants are the same ones that toss lasers at a 12y/o kid during warm-ups to show what a cannon they have. They can also be heard talking about that shot they hit in the 2nd round of the 1998 state playoffs. Probably class C.

To coach at the Little League State tournament coaches were required wear same uniform as the kids. At least it was that way in 2006-07.
