They may be able to do this.
They don't accept paint back.

We had this happen to us. They added color to make it darker

If it's the same pallet, they will likely try to darken it, but no guarantees.

No returns. We can lighten or darken it by 10, 15, 25, or 50%. If you came to me I'd just mis-tint it and hook you up. I'm a crook though.

Yup. I work part-time there while I'm going to school.

A fellow lowes's employee. What store you from? I'm in Hammond.

If it's completely full, and less than 30 days... You may be able to convince someone to take it back.

Thanks! I gotta make that grown up money

Home Depot supposedly doesn't take paint back and the tag even says so, but I have never had a problem returning paint

Yes
I worked for both Valspar and Olympic and was a rep at almost every store in south louisiana at one point...
If you need to add tint, that won't be a problem

Never been to that neck of the woods. Y'all are much closer to our RDC then we are.

Yeah I've got one more year of school and then I'll be making grown up money too. It's terrifying

This. I used to work in paint at Home Depot. I miss those simpler times. It was always fun when people would bring in stuffed animals and stuff to try to match the colors. One woman brought in a rock she found in the parking lot and wanted the color of one of the specks.
