It was raining its dick off in Nashville last week and this a-hole was going 10 under the speed limit with his hazards on in the LEFT lane. If you're gonna do that shite at least stay in the right lane

If you feel you can’t drive in the rain then pull over and put your hazards on. I cannot tell if you’re braking or not when your hazards are on, thus creating an unsafe situation for both of us.

It is worst when it is the red brake lights flashing as opposed to separate yellow lights.

Yeah the problem is when it’s not yellow/orange flashing blinker lights and looks like brake lights.
I don’t get why this is such a big deal, but if it’s illegal then it’s whatever. I don’t drive with them on during the rain but think it can be helpful when I see people do it. Driving in the rain doesn’t bother me though.
