Since the Brits idea of spicing up food is adding a little salt, a nation of flaming assholes are about to have literal flaming assholes.

Dammit, now I will have to alter my Great Britain trip itinerary to include diverting to Liverpool. When is projected opening? Can I buy one share of stock? Price it at tree fiddy and I'm in!

Brits love America/American food.

I remember the Brits I worked with would ALWAYS order a starter. Some of the American restaurants were short on starters so these guys would order two entrees.

Anyway, if you can figure out how to give diners the option of adding curry to each and every dish, you should be fine.

I really hope your venture is a huge success!

No, but if you ask for Adam or Reggie, and say Geaux Tigers, gumbo on the house!
(Adam is my buddy who is running it, but went to Auburn....his grandparents are from Larose though)

I will be in Shropshire and North Wales this time next year. Your spot looks to only be about an hour train ride from Shrewsbury. Will definitely swing by for some grub!

My wife who is in charge of social media, has been in touch with them, and a couple more "influencers".
Some of them are asking for a ton of money, and some are reasonable.

idk, the thought of franchising 9 more restaurants cause a taxi driver said you had a good idea is kind of nutty to me.

We are Liverpool's ONLY "living wage" restaurant out of over 2,000 restaurants, and will be sharing 10% of our profits with our employees.

Watch you still get bad blood from them when they refuse to believe the profit margin is that low and that you aren’t actually giving them the 10% promised. Especially with that high of a self inflicted labor cost.

That will go over like a turd in a punch bowl. Brits can't stand fishy fish flavors or spice.

I’m willing to bet a decent chunk of change you’re wrong.

Yea the idiot service workers here in the states are never satisfied. I assume it’s the same there.

Yes, totally agree. Brits will tell you themselves without Indian food there would really be no good food in England.

When do you plan to open in London?
