I am trying to see if ginger and mint teas will settle my stomach to not have to take as many medications. But turmeric is supposed to be good for inflammation also.

I'm a proponent of seeking alternative natural wholistic treatments if possible as opposed to pharmaceuticals for physical ailments when possible.

Exactly. And if you think about it humans have been using those remedies since ancient times. There has to be some value to it.
