I have a seersucker (light blue & white) jacket and all white pants. What kind of shoes and belt should I wear with that? White? Navy? Light Blue? Tan?

What event do you plan on attending? If it's a sporting event and you might be getting in a fight, I suggest a nice navy blazer, khaki shorts and Sperrys:

White bucks are always good with seersucker. If not white bucks, I will go with a cordovan belt and shoes.

Idk if that's a combo I've ever seen. I've seen seersucker pants and a navy blazer, but you don't see the seersucker jacket alone a lot.
Typically, the answer is white bucks, but with white pants you may look really silly with that.
you could do some Oxfords that are canvas ish material. I have a couple different pairs and purchased them rather cheap. I have no saddle, Navy saddle, and no saddle with baby blue sole. There are a lot of options out there for cheap ish in that style.
Brown shoes would always work, but assuming your white pants are chinos, don't go too dressy.

You obviously don't care what people think. Wearing a seersucker suit is not the norm. So wear wingtips like Andy and Barney wore. And the rat pack, Peck and Jerry Lewis.
