A new twist to this story. The guy filming was a gun activist named Ron Gee. He was killed during a gas station shooting. People say he was killed less than 24 hours after filming the road rage video

One person is dead after a shooting on Indy's southeast side Tuesday night.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a report of a person shot around 8:15 p.m. at the intersection of E. Thompson Road and S. Emerson Avenue.
When officers arrived, they located a person with gunshot injuries lying in the middle of the road. A gun was lying near the man shot.
That man, 29-year-old Gavin Dasaur, died at the scene.
Dasaur and his wife, Viviana ZaMora, had just gotten married on June 29, a little over two weeks before his death.
IMPD said one person was detained and questioned at the scene, but that person was later released.
Police have not released additional details about what led up to the shooting.

Had he maybe run up without a gun in hand.
But I imagine him brandishing the gun and blocking the automobile in puts it in the realm of self-defense. It wouldn't be a tough argument to argue the guy inside was in danger I wouldn't think.

I'll be curious to see if that's ruled self defense or not. The guy was armed but he wasn't pointing at them when they shot him. I honestly don't know.
