Now granted this was six years ago but I think it goes a long way to show the culture at Endeavor. A culture that she no doubt had a big part in cultivating.
As Endeavor Air’s first female chief pilot I really hope I can inspire not on the women, but the men as well to have a different perspective on where we’re going in the coming years. Tradition is not a thing anymore.”

It was in Toronto, not Addison or (insert rando DFW suburb here)!

Oh my god no, a culture where a bearded clam can be a proud pilot. We are all so so fricked. It was bad enough when they all got Tahoes and Suburbans.

It was a female first officer, apparently with very little experience who got her job through some sort of “program”.

that kleenex box looks disproportionately enormous. how much crying is girl boss doing on a daily basis?
her cord management is very tidy, however.

I'm glad someone was there for the softball I lobbed up.

That’s an oddly large box of Kleenex

the big airlines have been offering scholarship programs to go to their flight training academies for some time , a person off the street with no flight experience, the company puts them through training and pretty much assures them a job, don’t have any data in front of me but I don’t think a lot of these scholarships go to white males

Probably an “unmanned” flight.

Jesus, anyone who actually outs a “girl boss” plaque on her desk is insufferable.

I let her fly down my landing strip
Or something to that effect
