When i was a kid there was a family down the street who got their daughter with Downs plastic surgery so you wouldn’t be able to tell by looking at her face. I wonder if this girl had it.

My youngest daughter has Down Syndrome. She is also a cancer survivor, at just the age of 3. There is a saying amongst the parents of kids with Down Syndrome. We refer to ourselves as “The Lucky Few”. We consider ourselves that because of the overwhelming joy that those children bring into the world. We have 3 children, and we love them all dearly, but the love given by our youngest towards EVERYONE she meets is simply indescribable. Children with Down Syndrome truly are Heaven’s gift to us, as they are angels walking amongst us. The sincere love and happiness I get from my youngest makes your heart overflow with joy. We consider ourselves to be blessed beyond measure.

I’m convinced that those with downs are superior to the “normal” people out there. The beautiful sweet spirit that exists in every single one of them that I’ve encountered is an absolute delight.

The idea of aborting a fetus because it has downs markers is so incredibly sad to me.

It’s like they’re born with only the innocent, pure part of the human soul. No hate, anger, or sadness. No concept of evil. Just full of love and joy

It should be cherished and celebrated. Instead you see articles from around the world of it being “eradicated”. Shameful

This article changed me I was so disturbed

Down syndrome Iceland
