My Buddy Texted Me A Question About Backroom Casting Couch

From what I understand Backroom Casting Couch is a very popular series of pornos on pornhub. The premise is a dude named, Rick, who promises chicks the opportunity to make $1000-$5000 a day working in the adult industry. All the girls have to do is make a tape of him banging their brains out and he will send the tape off to producers who will then hire these broads. The catch is there are no producers and there are no $1000-$5000 a day job.
My buddy wants to know if these chicks actually do get paid and know in advance its just a script to follow or are these bimbos really this stupid. If they are this stupid he also wonders what happens to Rick when these bimbos wait months for a phone call that never comes.
