Just quit cold turkey and you’ll be fine in about 2 weeks. After trying every possible solution to quit smoking over 20+ years, manning up and breaking the Nicotine addiction is the only one that stuck. It’s really not hard. Just have to not let your inner bitch get the best of you.

Hasn't been too hard to find here in Birmingham. Luckily I like the chill "flavor" which is actually flavorless. Seems that one is in stock most of the time.
