Need advice on real estate agents in BR

About to attempt to put house on market...again. I have had a contract with 3 different agents at 3 different companies over a couple of years. All were terrible experiences. Tried FSBO but no success.
I need someone with some fire in their belly that wants to earn a check. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Likely your house/location sucks. If your realtor is not telling you this, maybe that's the problem.

Price it right. It's not rocket science. Agents are a waste of money if you have the sense that God gave a chimp.

I had a similar experience. Call Shannon Andre at Tiger Town Realty. First thing she did was to raise the asking price , then proceeded to sell the house in very short order. Wife and I were impressed enough to use her as a buying agent as well.
