Dow in this years stock holders report has the position of External non aligned CEO , that coaches the CEO in ESG.
sexual preferences are listed for the board of directors. Most all projects , concern environmental or sustainability {90%}. R&D is focused like wise.
For the last 6 months, earnings have failed to pay the dividend
Job titles are used more to send mixed messages than they are used to describe job content.

It started I guess about a decade or so ago with companies trying to retain people by giving them a “promotion” on paper but not necessarily a bump in pay.
Makes people hang around longer, supposedly.

I call myself the HMFIC, but that’s not really a new age woo-woo job title.

Amazon does not have HR, they have "PXT" which is People eXperience & Technology. Some titles are HRBP but it is kind of wild. Lots of companies have also switched to People & Culture (P&C).

Red Flag
The moment anyone in leadership mentions the word culture, the culture is fricked. It would be almost immediate if they hire from outside the organization for the role.

Yepp. The "culture" very quickly transforms from just a natural company community into hyper forced rah-rah we're family ridiculousness.

Part of it is people aren't retiring. If the 80 year old at the top refuses to leave, people can't move up. When people can't move up, they leave.

I saw fCISO the other day. The F stands for “fractional.” If I understand it correctly, it means you are an independent contractor with an idiotic need for validation.

Sometimes new titles are required to move people into a new job category/classification to receive a higher salary when companies deny raises or someones salary is maxed out in their current position.

It’s often utilized for conformity amongst different divisions in granting equity across tiers of seniority/experience. The titles don’t mean much to you, but there’s often 6 figures plus per year in stock options riding on those designations.

I have heard this on this board before, and it simply isn't true, in my professional experience.
If you aren't valuable enough or competent enough to outperform an 80 year-old, pray that your husband doesn't divorce you.

Sustainment Leader/VP of Sustainment. Sustainment is already a part of every leadership position
