Was he shoved or not? I don't know the extent of his injuries but you could probably blame lawyers for everyone being "injured" and wanting to sue for money.

This is what he claimed

quote:

“circumvented” the security checkpoint and then tried to “storm” the court and “hit him in the face and chest with both fists.” Strickland also claimed Ujiri had a “violent predisposition” and acted with an “evil motive amounting to malice,” according to his suit and workers' compensation claims.
Thats fricking ridiculous, and whats more ridiculous is the Alameda Police Dept to back the cop

Thats whats fricked up. Its one douchebag cop, no big deal. But a police dept that supports this? Thats what is scary

I think everyone here agrees that the lawsuit is absolutely ridiculous.

Walking while getting your lanard out isnt being an a-hole. That is pretty standard.

It didn’t look like he had any intention of showing it to anyone. He was past the cop and it was still in his jacket. With just the lanyard part out. That’s how douches try to sneak into sections by flashing their tickets quickly and pretending they have tickets for that section. I’m sure the cop who works the floor deals with people pulling that crap a lot.

Ok, I didn't see the second video. I clicked the first one that is shown. First video makes it look like the raptor Pres is shoving his way past him, what I thought was the shove was him pulling out his credentials. You don't see that part in the second video though. It's kinda out of view.

I can see the cop thinking he was just forcing his way past security though.

Maybe the cop overreacted, maybe the raptor president should have slowed down when he was told to. Both were in the wrong.

What about trying to squeeze by security before you pull it out?

He starts pulling out his credential before getting to security, and continues walking while doing so

I have no idea how this makes him an "a-hole", and especially with you simply saying they "are both assholes".

That is equating their behaviour which is even more nuts

There is also a third security guard behind needle dick and asian in which direction he is headed

I dont know whats so hard for you to understand.

Do they let you on a plane if you just start to pull a lanyard from your jacket?

I have walked and had my ticket not scan properly

They quietly say "Sir, can you please come back"

Kinda how the asian was doing here

But now I know, if that happens again, they can shove me twice, then sue me saying I punched them in the face and chest, and we will simply "both be assholes"

I said the lawsuit was BS, but keep trying to put words in my mouth.

They both acted like assholes.

What was the a-hole behavior by Uriji?

We have no clue if he was going to stop walking once the asian calmly asked him to, because needle dick went full psycho on him first

Yes, because they gave me an opportunity to stop walking before shoving me back 5 feet

TheBoat said it best. Obviously, youve never been to any live concert/event/etc.. ever in your life.

So now you are judging that he wouldnt have stopped, eventhough we have no way of knowing that, so effectively you are guessing at a future event that didnt take place to say he was going to be an a-hole if he was allowed to and not shoved first

Got it

If this happened to a LSU coach at the end of the National Championship game, you would still be melting along with the rest of tRant. Matter of fact there's still a deep hatred for Jimbo's nephew for what happened at the end of the Texas A&M game in 2018.

It’s impossible to have a legitimate argument with someone that thinks these are the same as what happened here. You just want to virtue signal

Think about the odds of this happening to a white team owner or president. Yeah...

I think anyone unknown to security is going to have a hard time just charging onto a basketball court under those circumstances. I know there are people who think that the cops give white people a lot of leeway or assume good intentions, and that just hasn't been my experience. When I'm in a secure area and some kind of cop or security worker sees me, I often get asked what my business is and get asked to show a credential. That's just a part of life.

Inappropriate behavior by someone from Oakland? There is no way that this is true.
