I didn't want to mention her in my post. But that was the 1st part of the deal...to be a good dad. I have an awesome relationship with her right now. I'm taking her to NYC for the 4th of July and we will be eating very well!

Is that really necessary? A lot of drug money is confiscated yearly. There are a lot of fines from drug offences yearly. They could be used to pay for this massive rehab program you speak of. They do not all have to go to buy tanks and military gear for local LEO's, and Escalades for chiefs and judges.
