Why not? Surely this idea has occurred to them to have a spicy version. I would think doing this would cause a large increase in sales. I’d rather go to Cane’s than Popeye’s.

Can one of you OT millionaires that hang out with Todd ask him?

I guess you can sprinkle Tony’s on the chicken or put some in the dipping sauce. What do some of yall use to give it some kick?

Pretty sure they're set up to just be as basic as possible so they can churn shite out.

Number one reason I go to zackbys when I rarely get fingers.

That would really mess up their reputation of having the most bland chicken out there.

No worries. Eventually the ”fingers” will get so small they just wink out of existence. We're already approaching popcorn chicken.

“My kind sir, would you please pull forward so we can procure the spicy tenders in a timely manner”.

Because they don’t need to. They print money why add something that won’t really add that much business

I read before that spicy chicken stays under the warmers longer because it isn't ordered as much as the non spicy.. So I guess Canes decided that offering spicy would go against "always fresh, never frozen" because the spicy chicken would not always be fresh..

Those losers closed their dining room again and now the drive through is even slower somehow even though they no longer have to worry about anything other than the drive through.

Drive thru 10+ cars deep on both sides during lunch. I don't go when there's no cars much less 10.

I just cover 'em in hot sauce. Preferably Louisiana or Crystal.

Adding spicy chicken is a massive logistical move.

Better question why not a spicy sauce variant.

This is the correct answer.

When the same items go in every order it can be fresh and quick. When you see three cars roll on the lot you drop some fresh chicken and fries and it's ready and by the time they all order. Also leads to less food waste and more profit.

Todd would be nuts to add anything.

They used to have Louisiana hot sauce packets available. I'd imagine they still do.

Todd refuses to make any kind of menu change. It is what it is.

So why don’t other fast food places reduce their menu items?
