The house itself is nice, but what terrible and tacky furnishings.

FWIW, Baio was long time rumored to be the most dedicated & successful twat chaser in modern Hollywood history. Like a Hound.
In like 1988 or so he was banned from the Playboy Mansion because he took down an ENTIRE CALENDAR YEAR OF PLAYMATES, at least one of which Hef had told him was off limits.

I'm sorry, that simply cannot be topped.

Baw sold his last house and made a chunk. He is almost doubling up on this house. His net worth is reported at 4 million. I bet his royalty checks are sweet.

Paging Darthrebel, or any other poster with time on their hands, to create a separate thread of a WOWYHI with pics of all of Scott's women.
It'd be impressive, and frankly difficult to rank.
Very impressive list, judging only by looks.

That seems like a great back yard for California.

Much nicer house than I would have expected from Scott Baio. He must have invested his money wisely. Good for him.

Especially considering they were all in their primes. Except maybe Liza Minelli. Scott owes us an explanation for that outlier.

Many Hollywood types are in the process of unloading their mansions. Gruesome Newsome is about to tax them into oblivion. Cher just knocked off $10 million off the asking price for her shack.
If a house is valued at $75 million can you imagine the yearly tax bill ? Insurance ?

1. It’s on the outskirts of the Valley.
2. California real estate has a bit of a weird process. List price is usually under what they are hoping to get in order to generate multiple offers over asking. Will be interesting to see how long this last on the market and what the selling price will be. If doesn’t go under contract in 2-3 weeks there is a perception of a problem.
