I saw a SGM once in the Hilton in New Orleans. We were having a company function at Drago's at the same time there was a mardi gras ball going on (the ones where they announce the king and queen, not the ones on Mardi Gras day) and there was a Marine SGM there in full dress. That man had PRESENCE. Between the way he held himself, that uniform and all the chevrons, stripes, and stars he had all over it, everyone in that room knew that man was way down on the "people I should frick with" list.
