No wonder she pulled out of the Olympics...She’s a thin skinned drama queen.
Took a toll on her mental health????? You’d think she received death threats. More and more athletes are becoming entitled and chicken shits.

I'll never forget how after she quit the olympics Powerade came out with a new "Pause is Power" ad campaign. Basically telling the nation "going gets tough? Things get hard? Just quit! Er, um...we'll actually call it 'pause' instead, yeah just pause!"
I don't know why that pissed me off so much but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Essentially celebrating the face of American athletics (at the time) quitting on the world's biggest stage.

The thing that bugs me is that in 2020 a different American won the gymnastics gold all around but all we heard about was Simone Biles. Nobody even knows the name of the girl who won the gold.

That he didn’t even know who she was bc he didn’t watch gymnastics (which was proven to be false bc he didn’t clean up his Twitter feed), that he was the catch in the relationship, not her, and that he made her chase him. It was a pretty funny week or so after. He basically lost his identity

this is not really surprising. anyone who constantly brings up their 'mental health' and uses it as an excuse is not a reliable stable individual.
