I know most people cannot stand the Flo commercials, I actually like some of them, especially the ones with Jamie (the OT ultimate Baw)
The new one is great. They are making fun of themselves, saying insurance is boring as Hell.

In surveys, people love Flo and she has helped Progressive's Brand tremendously. I like most of the commercials, including this one. My favorite was probably the boating commercial. Progressive has stuck by her and pays her $1M per year + she earns another $1M from other sources.
Stephanie Courtney is a very good actress in general...a nice career so far.
