I agree. The old onion rings were the best. Sad they do not offer them any more.

Warren Leruth of LeRuth's (which was one of the top restaurants in NOLA in the 70s and 80s) developed their RB&R recipe.

They didn't get rid of the red beans and rice. That guy was just being an idiot. There would be shootings around here if they tried to do that.

As for the biscuits that people have mentioned, sometimes they are still awesome when I get them and sometimes they seem like undercooked hockey pucks. They need to get more consistent with them because they are so good when done right.
