And Racetrack frozen Powerade is apparently Powerade Zero based.

Be forewarned.

Purple diarrhea is currently my world. Not fun.

Didn't know this existed. Sounds awesome. I'm going to test it out this afternoon, for science purposes.

Soo...PowerAde Zero is made with diarrhea? OR Powerade Zero is made with Sorbitol which is diarrhea?

Either way not very good marketing by Coke, Inc.

Just for the record Sorbitol isn't actually lab produced diarrhea. They're not putting straight diarrhea into their product. It's a laxative than can cause diarrhea.

i make my own electrolyte drink with true lemon (totally unsweetened kind $20 for 500 packets on amazon), a pinch of potassium citrate (be careful--it'll kill you to OD), pinch of salt, and a pinch of stevia/monk fruit. in an 8oz hydration-belt bottle.

i'm going to make a little container of all those powders so i don't have to do all that labor each time.

for long training sessions you can throw in a little corn starch for basically free Ucan superstarch.

wait, i thought i was on the health and fitness board. this is probably about OT hangovers. probably still works for that though.

I love wandering onto the OT for the downvote-douche showers

Many of those sugar alcohols ending in -lol found in sugar-free foods and drinks are well-known to cause gastrointestinal distress.

Sorbitol is used in lots of sugar free products. It's in pretty much all sugar free candy.

There are some epic reviews of sugar free gummy bears causing blowouts out there.

This sucks, I love Powerade Zero.

Remember when all those bitches were eating Olestra chips because it was low fat or some shite? Wound up giving most of them explosive diarrhea? I remember.
