Stocking Mill Coffee vs Empire Today (Update, Resolved)

So this vet owned business buys an old McDonalds and converts it to his coffee shop in Florida. Does skme work himself but hires out the floor work. And they screwed him over now Empire is refusing to finish job and fix what they did. This morning he asked for a reporter to help expose them.
In full disclosure I buy his coffee its the best. But he does things for vets like sponsoring airplane drops and buying disabled items and helping with floods in Kentucky and catering in food/ice cream to a veterans center.
Here’s some of his tweets and the flooring company is getting blasted. He spent $30k on the floor.

I'm no expert on flooring, but I don't think a propane torch is part of the install method. Are they using the torch while taking up the floor to melt glue?

Yes! And he recently did some Kona and its the best price in market. Does all his own roasting. I like his Privateer as a medium roast the best but all of his blends are awesome.

Yes, he’s going to do that but it costs money and time. He’s mostly a one man show but recently hired a vet to help. He said he tried to hire a mom and pop but none would come out and give estimate thus why he went with bigger business. He bought this and has done a lot of work himself but didn’t have time to do floor.

Yes. My dad had a business and a hand shake always sealed the deal. You always did more than promised and word of mouth was how you stayed in business. Sometimes he’d accept a job he shouldn’t have but always did it better than expected instead of quiting.
