Just got a quote from Ja-Roy for $650 for termite re-treatment on a raised house. Is this the usual price or is this high? Been in our house around 6 years now so we’re due.

That seems low. How long is the bond?

are you "treating" for termites or is this an "annual contract"? big difference in the two!

Make sure to get the bait stations. Liquid treatment is useless with all the rain we get in Louisiana.

This. My terminix annual contract is 190.

Pretty cheap. Is that just a liquid or Sentricon with liquid? We normally charge 1350, but that is Sentricon with a liquid wrap and two years coverage.

That's a fair price but don't "retreat" it every few years. Maintain your contract and they'll treat yearly. Usually around 5-700 to treat 1-200 to maintain contract yearly

My annual is $350. I had to treat for termites and that was close to $2,000
