The Bernhard house and the old Pennington house are larger than this house.

My cousin is working on that house. He said the owner owns Waste Management. The house costs 12.5 million

Use google maps to look north on the same road (old Perkins) at the house the movie The Toy was filmed at. My favorite house/ setup in town. From the driveway, the oak trees, the acersge, the lakes etc it has everything. Only downside is proximity to interstate. Compare the footprint on google maps and it's much larger. Hell, his horse barn is a bit farther north and it look to be bigger than then house in question. Went to a charity function in the horse barn many years ago.

You can barely see the house I'm talking about from the street due to all of the trees/ shrubs.

Edit to add pics.

Why would anybody spend that kind of coin on a house in Baton Rouge?

Once you get over 7-8k ft2 it becomes really difficult to keep the exterior elevation attractive. Too many ingredients competing with each other and it just gets too busy.

That was A. C. Lewis' old house. Not sure who owns it now but I think they have a Lamborghini collection.

There are old threads on the guy. IIRC he is a supplier of something for O&G offshore. So yea he's loaded.

He has an Enzo , McLaurin, and I am quite sure I saw him Saturday at a Corvette show at Perkins Rowe..... where he showed up in this. What kinda butthole shows up to a small Corvette "gathering" in a $500k car?

Yep. Found him. Daniel Heard. I actually saw him in his Enzo pulling out of Calandro's heading South on Siegen one time. Was in utter disbelief. Looks like an F1 race car. Don't see this kinda ride in BR often. Or anywhere for that matter.

Safely positioned inside four orange cones and yellow, crime-scene caution tape, a 2003 Ferrari Enzo worth about $1 million stole the spotlight Saturday as student car enthusiasts salivated at the sight of Baton Rouge resident Dan Heard’s most-prized vehicle in his five-car Ferrari collection.
